• Register of title

  Details of the register of title held by Land Registry.

• Title plan

  Copy of the plan held by Land Registry showing the property boundaries.

• Personal local authority searches

  Details of records held about the property by the local authority.

• Drainage and water searches

• Leasehold and commonhold documents

  Only required for leasehold and commonhold properties.

These are the required documents to comply with the Home Information Pack regulations.

Other documents can be added if required and these include a Home Condition Report (HCR), legal summary and home use/contents form.
