Deferred payment

The deferred payment system defers the total cost of the hip for nine months or on sale of the house (whichever happens first). Payment is taken by direct debit from your bank account in one instalment after that time period.

To qualify for this scheme you will need to supply your bank details and a back-up credit or debit card in case the direct debit fails.

This can be given direct to myself when I visit your property for our initial appointment or if you have internet access and an email account you can fill in your own bank details online via a special link. The second method is much quicker and easier for everyone involved.

Unfortunately the deferred payment scheme does have a cost - this is 20% on top of the gross value of the hip. In other words if the quote for a HIP works out at £229 there would be an extra £45.80 (20%) added on for the deferred payment option - a total of £274.80.
